Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and enthusiastic service to customers, engaging them in a pleasant manner and serving them in an expedient manner.
  • Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages as well as food items according to established company routines and ensure they consistently reflect the Thousand Hills Halycon quality and presentation standards.
  • Inventory Management: Actively monitor inventory and uphold company standards through appropriate displaying and rotation of company merchandise and store products.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that fellow shift team members and other team members can locate resources and products quickly.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), along with relevant experience in the specialty coffee, retail, hospitality, and/or customer service industries.
  • Experience: Previous experience using Toast point of sale is a plus, and a valid alcohol permit in Forsyth county is required for applicants 18 yrs. old or older.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
