About the Job

iCHiNA is looking for an experienced Event Planner to oversee events and ensure their smooth execution. As an Event Planning Specialist, you will work closely with the management team to promote the restaurant as the ideal space for client events.

You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating events of varying sizes and purposes, generating and cultivating sales leads, promoting the restaurant, building and maintaining client relationships, and conducting site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate events, including managing logistics, catering, and decor
  • Generate and cultivate sales leads, promoting the restaurant to potential clients
  • BUILD and maintain client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct site visits to ensure that events are executed smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of events, including guest lists, menus, and seating arrangements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as OpenTable and Toast
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per year
