Job Overview
Sustainable Talent is seeking a skilled Corporate Event Marketing Manager to support Nvidia's Corporate Global Events team. This full-time position is based in Santa Clara, CA with hybrid work options and offers competitive pay and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in corporate event marketing and tradeshows, preferably in the PC, high tech or gaming industry. Key responsibilities include planning and executing events, managing third-party vendors, and coordinating logistics. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

This role requires occasional travel for week-long periods, including standing/walking for long periods and lifting heavy boxes (30+ lbs). If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a can-do attitude, please apply.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, plan, and execute physical and digital events, including tradeshow management, customer/partner events, product launches, and technical sessions.
  • Define event goals, strategies, and metrics; drive planning meetings with stakeholders and virtual teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative services, IT, and demo owners.
  • Establish and track event budgets, negotiate fees, and coordinate logistics.
  • Manage third-party vendors, such as exhibit houses, production companies, and A/V providers.

Requirements
  • 7-10 years of corporate event marketing and tradeshows experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and organized while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and follow process with minimal supervision.
  • Available to travel for week-long periods about four-five times per year.
  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
