About the Role

As a Senior Systems Development Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and operating large-scale cloud infrastructure, including AWS services such as VPC, EC2, EBS, S3, SQS, Cloud Formation, and Lambda. You'll work closely with our development teams to identify and resolve issues, and collaborate with other engineers to design and implement new features and services.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and operate large-scale cloud infrastructure
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Design and implement new features and services
  • Work closely with other engineers to improve the reliability, performance, and efficiency of our cloud services
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience deploying and operating in a Linux/Unix environment
  • Experience with Linux/Unix, programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience deploying and operating in a Linux/Unix environment
  • 3+ years of development/programming/scripting language experience
  • Experience taking a leading role in building complex software or computing infrastructure that has been successfully delivered to customers
