Position Summary:

The Corporate Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in delivering financial insights and analytical support for various segments of Johnson Health Tech Companies, including retail operations and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Contribute significantly to the forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports that reflect actual performance and future projections.
  • Support the development of the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and operational plans.

Financial Operations:

  • Manage the creation and entry of monthly journal entries, focusing on customer incentives, warranty costs, and rebate analyses.
  • Oversee the reconciliation and maintenance of assigned general ledger accounts.
  • Conduct margin analysis across all business units, identifying trends in volume, rate, and mix variances.
  • Provide support during quarterly reviews and year-end audits.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to enhance financial practices.
  • Build collaborative relationships with sales segment leaders to monitor marketing initiatives and manage customer incentive programs.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to inform business decisions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Engage in various projects as required.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing rolling forecasts and budgeting, along with the ability to perform ad hoc financial analyses.
  • Experience in cost accounting and retail pricing analytics is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey financial information clearly across various levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with SAP (FI, MM & SD modules), Business Warehouse, Microsoft CRM, and Adaptive Insights is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on critical thinking.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
