About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Campus Retail Leader. This key role will play a vital part in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing store operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Execute store plans and daily operations for both traditional and rush periods consistent with company objectives, including executing sales promotions and special events.
  • Lead Store Operations: Operate cash registers and store systems to accept payments, place orders, and make changes while maintaining appropriate inventory control and ensuring all areas of the store environment are neat, clean, and organized.
  • Talent Management: Supervise the work activities of team members, train and coach on company and store standards, perform onboarding procedures, and provide coverage during breaks or peak periods.
  • Customer Service: Partner to create an engaging customer service culture focused on solutions-based selling and exceptional customer experiences, including greeting customers and answering phones to provide information or resolve escalated issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's Degree or equivalent.
  • 0-5 years of relevant experience.
  • A strong understanding of academic retail operations, including inventory management and customer service principles.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and campus partners.
