Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and support to clients with developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living skills, medication management, and transportation.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- 6 months of experience providing care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid California Driver's license and safe driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
