As a LPN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
