Job Summary

As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Maintain Windows Domain: Ensure the integrity and security of servers and systems through approval and processing of patches, and manage a Windows domain using Active Directory, Group Policy, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), PowerShell, VMware, and Centrify.
  • System Administration: Manage the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running Windows operating systems, and maintain systems documentation.
  • Technical Support: Provide advice and training to end-users, and maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
  • Infrastructure Development: Research and recommend hardware and software, coordinate installation and provide backup recovery, and leverage scripting and system automation tools.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversees implementation of testing strategies and documentation of results.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), PowerShell, VMware, and Centrify.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
