Job Opportunity

CVHCare, a leader in Home Health Clinical services, is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to help them develop the skills and abilities needed to perform daily activities and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
  • Provide training and education to patients and caregivers on daily living skills and activities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapist license
  • Minimum 1 year Occupational Therapy experience desired
  • Open to entry level or candidates with no prior home health experience
  • Reliable Transportation
  • CPR/BLS Certification

Work Schedule: 32 hr (24 RVEs p/week - BENEFITED), Part Time-24 hr (18 RVEs p/week) and Per Diem (6 visits p/week)

Locations: Area #6 and Area #7

Training: Must be available to train for one week Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm in San Ramon
