Job Title: Occupational Therapist

TheraEx Therapy is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Vacaville, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California.
  • Active CPR/BLS certification.
  • Experience working with adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
