Your Responsibilities:

Recruit, select, train, schedule, mentor, and support team members, ensuring alignment with established brand or hotel standards and HHM core values.

Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and strive to enhance departmental and overall guest contentment.
Manage all financial activities related to the front office and ensure compliance with accounting regulations and procedures.
Formulate, execute, and assess daily, weekly, monthly, and annual departmental budgets and forecasts. Review, seek approval for, and procure capital budget items as necessary.
Supervise all managers within the guest services department.
Evaluate guest correspondence and incident reports, directing staff based on gathered information.
Oversee all vendor and personnel agreements throughout the establishment.
Monitor guest room occupancy to ensure optimal utilization and minimize overbooking risks.
Develop specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely action plans to address guest service shortcomings.
Adhere to sustainability practices and guidelines in line with HHM's EarthView initiative.
Maintain safe working practices, utilize protective safety gear, and comply with MSDS and OSHA regulations.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Your Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 to 5 years of experience in the hospitality sector.
Work Environment:
Work hours may vary and could include holidays and weekends.
Requires prolonged standing, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
