Job OverviewWe are seeking motivated management candidates to join our team as Managers in Training. This role offers significant management and sales experience, allowing individuals to grow into key leadership positions while serving customers and learning all aspects of our stores and company.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional results for customers, teammates, and the company by consistently providing high-quality service and meeting expectations.
- Ensure customers receive a welcoming and courteous experience, including greeting them promptly and keeping them updated on the progress of their vehicles.
- Schedule service appointments and answer customer questions both in-person and over the phone.
- Consult with customers on their service needs and provide recommendations to meet their requirements.
- Provide a positive experience for customers by ensuring they are satisfied with the services provided.
- Maintain and exceed our company's high standards for customer service and store operations.
- Be involved in every aspect of store operations, from scheduling to inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with teammates and technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet customer expectations.
- Be willing to take on additional duties when necessary to support the success of the store.
- Highly motivated individual with hands-on management skills and a desire to grow into leadership roles.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teammates and customers.
- Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
