Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Counselor to join our team in Quebec. As a member of our clinical office staff, you will be responsible for providing in-person counseling services to clients within our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Your role will involve working closely with clients to address various issues and provide short-term counseling as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic and non-judgmental counseling services to a diverse range of clients
  • Manage administrative tasks related to client data and program requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters / Doctorate Degree in Sexology
  • Member of the 'Ordre professionnel des sexologues du Quebec'
  • Minimum five years of post-masters counseling experience
  • Proficiency in French language
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously

Estimated Salary:
