As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in facilities maintenance while working with a talented and dedicated team.

**Responsibilities:**

• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace through sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Cleaning and disinfecting equipment to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria
• Monitoring building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use
• Using cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Removing garbage and recycling to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners
• Dusting furniture and scrubbing surfaces clean
• Cleaning and servicing restrooms with mops and disinfectants
• Identifying and reporting possible repairs to ensure a safe and functional work environment
