Job Summary:

Prysmian Group is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Local System Administration team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Perform daily system monitoring and verification of hardware and server resources
* Install and configure workstations, software, and peripherals
* Create, modify, and delete user accounts as needed
* Provide exceptional support to end-users, investigating and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in system administration and computer technical support
* Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
* Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, or related field
* A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications
* Experience with enterprise-class desktop software, such as Windows 7 and 10, Office 2010 and 2016, Endpoint Protection antivirus, remote management tools, and asset management
