Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Per Diem Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care to patients in our acute and residential/partial psychiatric setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, verify, and dispense pharmaceutical preparations for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal clinical care
  • Supervise and train pharmacy technicians and interns
  • Participate in clinical initiatives, inventory management, and continuous quality improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff
Requirements:
  • BS and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Current unrestricted pharmacy licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
  • Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy or Psychiatry preferred
Work Schedule:

Rotating shift including weekends, holidays, and on-call
