Position Overview
The Culinary Team Member is a vital contributor to our kitchen operations, responsible for preparation, setup, and delivering exceptional service in all aspects of food production for menu items and specials, adhering to departmental quality standards, recipes, and plating specifications, while embodying the culture of One White Street.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service and storage areas.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of proper equipment maintenance and usage; utilize tools and equipment safely and as intended.
- Prepare workstation with necessary mise en place, tools, equipment, and supplies according to established standards.
- Review production schedules and priorities to determine daily tasks.
- Prepare all menu items in accordance with recipes and yield guides, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
- Coordinate with Front of House staff to manage course timing and guest feedback.
- Enhance skills and knowledge through participation in training sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand standards consistently.
- Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations diligently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Culinary Team Member in a restaurant setting.
- Food Handler's permit (to be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift over 50 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as required by the business.
