Position Overview:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Compensation:
Competitive pay rates up to $20 per hour, contingent on shift assignments.
Additional shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
Extra compensation for shifts worked outside of scheduled hours.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dental hygiene, dressing, mobility, and positioning. The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for documenting the personal care provided in accordance with facility policies.

Additionally, the role involves performing nursing tasks as directed, including perineal care, bed making, turning residents, and monitoring vital signs such as temperature, weight, pulse, and respiration.

The Certified Nursing Assistant must observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor, including skin integrity issues, and must report any accidents or injuries immediately. Candidates must possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing, with no history of patient or resident abuse as per State Registry guidelines.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and following both oral and written instructions is essential. Candidates should demonstrate patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive demeanor towards residents and their families.


Additional Requirements:
Per diem staff are expected to complete two weekend shifts each month to fulfill requirements.
