Key Responsibilities- Assist the Occupational Therapist in developing and implementing occupational therapy programs to help residents perform daily tasks independently.
- Work closely with the therapy team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Associate's degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
- Unencumbered State of Iowa COTA certificate.
- One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (preferable but not required).
