We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Skilled Nursing team at Harmony House Care Center. As a COTA, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care by assisting the Occupational Therapist with customized occupational therapy programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in designing and implementing occupational therapy programs for residents.
- Help residents independently carry out everyday tasks by providing guidance and support.
- Work closely with the therapy team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
- Unencumbered State of Iowa COTA certificate.
- One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant preferred.
