Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Center Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing front-line leadership, supervision, training, and mentorship to assigned Shipping Associates. You will also be responsible for overseeing productivity, efficiency, and accuracy of the distribution line, while ensuring compliance with established operational and safety procedures.
Responsibilities- Provides front-line leadership, supervision, training, and mentorship to assigned Shipping Associates.
- Oversees productivity, efficiency, and accuracy of the distribution line.
- Ensures compliance with established operational and safety procedures.
- Maintains records and prepares reports on speed and accuracy of associates compared to established standards.
- Ensures inventory stocks are maintained and line positions are adequately staffed to operate the distribution line.
- Strong employee relations and communication skills.
- Proven ability to successfully lead a team.
- Dependability with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment on a prolonged basis while maintaining safety and quality.
- Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly.
- Great pay starting at $18.00/Hr DOE.
- First pay review after 6 months.
- Company profit sharing (after 6 months of full-time employment).
- Longevity bonus (5 years/$5000, 10 years/$10,000, 15 years/$15,000, etc.).
- Monthly voucher equal to $100/month value - $1,200/year towards free company products.
