Distribution Center Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
CVS Health is seeking a skilled Distribution Center Operations Supervisor to lead a team of colleagues at our state-of-the-art distribution facility in Loudon, TN.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and supervise daily activities to achieve performance goals and metrics.
- Hire, onboard, train, schedule, and assign work to new hires.
- Ensure employees have necessary equipment, materials, and documents to complete tasks successfully.
- Monitor and adjust resources to achieve daily production and delivery goals.
- Balance workloads by taking readings throughout the day to achieve the appropriate level of volume by the projected time of completion.
- Monitor work performance to ensure quality and quantity expectations are met or exceeded.
- Conduct staff meetings and verify daily worksheets are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Provide ongoing training and retraining to ensure employees are prepared to meet or exceed productivity standards.
- Analyze information effectively to make sound business decisions.
- Build high-performance teams while engaging and inspiring colleagues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment.
- Warehouse Management Systems experience.
- MS Office experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- Ability to analyze information effectively and consistently.
- Ability to complete assignments within established timelines.
- Ability to complete work under general supervision.
- Bachelor's degree.
