Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at BoujieMana. As a key member of our beverage team, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and Serve Beverages: Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests, ensuring that every drink is made to perfection.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and engage with guests, answer questions, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar Area: Clean and sanitize all equipment, glasses, and utensils, and maintain a tidy and organized bar area.
- Manage Cash and Credit Transactions: Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and making change as needed.
- Stock and Maintain Bar Supplies: Order and restock bar supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, and mixers, to ensure that the bar is always fully stocked.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other bartenders and servers to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
- 2+ Years of Bartending Experience: Proven experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
- Valid Food Handler's Card and ABC Card: Possession of a valid Food Handler's Card and ABC Card is required.
- Strong Knowledge of Spirits and Mixology: Demonstrated knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Availability to Work Nights and Weekends: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
