ExhibitRecruiter is currently in search of a full-time Head of Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions for a partner organization that is broadening its services into the EV charging sector.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Lead initiatives to identify and pursue business opportunities within the Electric Vehicle charging sector.
- Sales Cycle Management: Take full ownership of the sales cycle for program opportunities.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison for business development activities with all Electric Vehicle accounts.
- Reporting: Provide insights on emerging program opportunities and collaborate with senior management to drive new sales and project expansions.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the financial aspects of Electric Vehicle programs, including sales, revenue recognition, budgeting, and accounts receivable.
- Strategic Support: Assist senior management in developing region-wide strategies related to sales and operational efficiencies.
- Project Management: Oversee the project schedule for internal and external reporting and conduct deployment meetings to ensure timely project completion.
- Team Leadership: Supervise daily operations of multiple project teams in the Electric Vehicle industry and conduct annual performance reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to support the development and execution of market strategies.
- Mentorship: Provide training and guidance to team members on project responsibilities.
- Lead and expand a new division focused on EV charging.
- Be part of an employee-owned company with a track record of stability.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the EV charging sector.
- At least 7 years of overall professional experience, including business development and leadership roles.
- Strong team-building and management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EV charging deployment, including site acquisition and project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
