We are seeking a skilled Ambulatory Care Nurse to join our team at United Surgical Partners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the perioperative setting, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient care records accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to CDC Bodily Fluid precautions and infectious waste disposal policies.
- Organize time, equipment, and personnel to provide effective and efficient case management.
Requirements
- Graduate of professional school of nursing.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other medical professionals.
- Clinical experience in the peri-operative setting or procedure healthcare, including demonstrated knowledge of sterile technique, working with anesthetized patients, and other clinical situations found in a surgical or procedural setting.
