Job Summary

The Fitness Holdings North East LLC is seeking a highly motivated and caring Childcare Specialist to join our team. As a Childcare Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children in our Kid's Club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Supervision: Welcome children into the Kid's Club and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Activity Planning: Organize and lead a variety of activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual development in children of all ages.
  • Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized environment that promotes a sense of community and belonging among children.
  • Communication: Keep parents informed of their child's daily activities, meals, and any notable events or incidents.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend department meetings and work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Must be CPR/AED certified.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
