Responsibilities- Room patients, collect vital signs, and perform point-of-care testing associated with asthma and allergy care.
- Assist with clinical procedures, including medication administration and phlebotomy.
- Provide patient education on medications, disease management, and environmental controls.
- Document patient information and test results in our electronic medical record system.
- Maintain a clean and organized exam room, restocking supplies as needed.
- Current Washington State LPN or CMA license.
- Completion of the 7-hour state-mandated AIDS/HIV training program.
- CPR/First aid for healthcare professionals certification.
- Washington state-insured Medical Assistant certification or registration proof.
- Experience with electronic medical record systems, preferably Epic or GE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation, empathy, and a team-oriented approach.
- A competitive hourly wage of $24-$32.
- A supportive and efficient working environment with a 2:1 CMA to provider ratio.
