About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Consultant to join our team at ATS Company. As a Mechanical Assembly Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our lyophilizer assembly process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed instructions and hands-on assistance in assembling lyophilizers and related components.
  • Ensure all assemblies meet stringent quality standards and specifications.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in lyophilizers.
  • Train and mentor assembly line workers on best practices and techniques specific to lyophilization equipment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in assembling lyophilizers or similar complex mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills specific to lyophilization equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant technical certification or degree preferred.
