Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Preferred Therapy Solutions. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work collaboratively with our rehabilitation team to provide high-quality care to our residents in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services to residents
  • Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or eligibility to practice in the state employed
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
