Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Utica, NY.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our residents. As an LPN, you will be responsible for administering medications, treating wounds, and monitoring residents' health.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record residents' health information, including vital signs and medication administration.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring accurate dosing and timing.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting wound healing and preventing infection.
  • Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN State license and good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, communicating with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
