About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Arborist Climber to join our team at Bartlett Tree Experts. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work on a large-scale property, utilizing your knowledge of horticulture and arboriculture to maintain the health and beauty of our trees and shrubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including chippers, chainsaws, and mowers, while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
  • Assist with tree and shrub care, turf care, and maintenance of mulched areas, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Apply pest and disease suppression materials in a timely and effective manner, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Participate in research trials, assisting with planning, implementation, data harvesting, and termination, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader or designated supervisor, or Local Manager.
Requirements
  • Teachable attitude and a passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors.
  • At least one year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry.
  • Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (Class B CDL preferred).
  • Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
