Bartlett Tree Experts, the oldest and largest scientific tree and shrub care company in the world, is seeking a skilled Arborist Climber to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work on a 350-acre property, utilizing your knowledge of horticulture and arboriculture to ensure the health and safety of our trees and shrubs.

As an Arborist Climber, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining chippers, chainsaws, mowers, and other equipment safely
• Learning and demonstrating high safety standards
• Providing tree and shrub care, turf care, and maintenance of mulched areas
• Assisting with nursery and greenhouse operations
• Participating in research trials, including planning, implementation, data harvesting, and termination

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A teachable attitude and a passion for nature and the environment
• At least one year of tree climbing and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry
• A valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (Class B CDL preferred)
• The ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
