Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling necessary data from the general ledger and other relevant sources for periodic analyses and reporting.
  • Preparation and review of tax-related journal entries are also essential responsibilities of this position.
  • We are looking for someone who can prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual tax provision and related workpapers for the consolidated group.
  • Additionally, preparation of the quarterly tax provision using the FIN18 approach is required.
  • The successful candidate must have excellent analytical skills and be able to prepare calculations for estimating and forecasting the tax rate for the current year.
  • Preparation of the calculation for the deferred tax rate is also an essential responsibility.
  • Maintaining the inventory of the Deferred Tax Asset for all U.S. entities in the group is crucial.
  • This role requires the ability to reconcile tax general ledger accounts and other accounts as needed.
  • Furthermore, maintenance and enhancement of existing reports utilizing available data extract and management tools are expected.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and coordination skills, particularly with external tax accountants as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in accounting, taxation, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in corporate tax and/or analyzing Financial Statements in a regulatory environment is highly desired.
  • Candidates must possess corporate tax knowledge, accounting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills are also essential.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
