We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at NeuroRestorative, a leading provider of rehabilitation services. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries, illnesses, and other challenges to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate speech and language skills, development, articulation ability, and voice and fluency disorders of individuals served.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide education and training to individuals, family members, and caregivers to promote independence and self-advocacy.
- Conduct home visits and community-based assessments to identify and address speech and language needs.
- Master's degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist.
- One year of experience as a Speech Therapist.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
