Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team in the Middlesex Borough School District. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with students who require additional support to develop positive behaviors and manage challenging situations.

In this role, you will implement student behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure effective interventions. Your goal will be to assist students in extinguishing negative behaviors and developing more adaptive skills.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of behavioral principles and strategies. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required, while a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is preferred. Additionally, NJDOE certification or County Sub certification is desirable.
