ABA Therapist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our team as a Hybrid BCBA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing direct and indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing behavior intervention plans, clinically reviewing session notes, analyzing ABA data, and implementing data-driven program changes. You will also maintain clear lines of communication with families, techs, and administration, conducting assessments as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (Required)
  • BCBA certification (Required)
  • Work location: Hybrid in Bergen County

Salary: $85-$95 per hour
