Position Overview:

  • Having a current and valid CPA license is highly preferred. If not a CPA yet, candidates should be CPA eligible and actively pursuing licensure by taking the necessary state CPA examinations.
  • If a CPA, maintaining good standing with the AICPA and respective state societies is essential.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in technology use, particularly Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to record and analyze transactions using various software programs.
  • Competence in preparing financial calculations and models.
  • Capability to document work performed and summarize findings effectively.
  • Experience in preparing written reports or sections for inclusion in reports.
  • Assisting in the review of schedules, calculations, work papers, and other documentation.
  • Participating in recruitment activities for entry-level and experienced staff.
  • Building relationships with clients and delivering high-quality service, with a focus on adding value to their businesses.
  • Taking responsibility for the accuracy of data entry and maintenance.
  • Learning to manage workload effectively through guidance from supervisors.
  • Engaging in marketing initiatives for the firm.
