Nursing Leadership Opportunity for Orthopedic and Neuro Specialties

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Los Robles Regional Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nursing professional to take on leadership responsibilities in our Orthopedic and Neuro services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create a team environment that supports improved results.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Operationalize current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives, to improve engagement and productivity.
- Recommend and implement courses of action to address staff development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage staff scheduling and labor to align with patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
- Ensure proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- CA license in good standing
- BLS required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Orthopedic and Neuro services
- Leadership or management experience preferred
