As a Clinical Nurse Specialist with EHR Encore Health Resource, you will have the opportunity to leverage your clinical nursing expertise in a unique and innovative way. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to advocate for the well-being of patients through medical device technology.

Responsibilities will include assisting the service team in device collection, facilitating room-to-room device swap outs, and navigating units to coordinate with unit nurses. You will also be responsible for answering questions and addressing concerns related to the medical device, providing updates and reports to clients, and working with a team of technicians to effectively manage the flow of devices.

Requirements for this role include a nursing degree (ADN or BSN), hospital or industry experience, and emergency room or critical care experience preferred. Leadership experience can be helpful but is not required. You will also need to have excellent documentation skills, be able to stand for long periods of time, and be willing to travel nationally to support customer needs.

This is a full-time commitment requiring flexibility to work with your current schedule and a 40+ hour commitment per week. You will have the opportunity to travel, grow, and expand into new opportunities while earning supplemental income and learning the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting devices in a hospital setting while collaborating with local nursing staff
  • Utilizing previous hospital experience and customer service skills to ensure the device collections process doesn't interfere with the location's activities
  • Providing updates, reports, and valuable feedback to clients during and after in-service assignments
  • Working with a team of technicians to effectively manage the flow of devices during the duration of the project

Requirements:
