  • Attend daily and weekly site meetings as required.
  • Conduct field measurements and create templates to ensure accurate, finished products.
  • Meet with subcontractors to track progress and ensure projects are on schedule.
  • Coordinate GC/owner punch list requirements with project management and subcontractors.
  • Maintain relationships with clients through communication and problem-solving to meet their needs.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to analyze job site production and compare it to the project schedule, providing feedback to the project manager.
