  • Advanced Assessment: Utilize analytical and advanced assessment skills to evaluate patient conditions and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support and execute established care plans, ensuring expected outcomes are met.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications in accordance with established policies and promptly report any discrepancies or adverse reactions.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate records of patient observations and care provided, adhering to center policies.
  • Patient Education: Facilitate patient and family education to empower them in self-management and active participation in their care.
  • Clinical Preceptorship: Serve as a mentor for new nursing staff and students, providing guidance during clinical practicums.
