About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and support multiple key projects and clients in the Twin Cities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple client and project Gantt charts, taking meeting notes, and creating and tracking action lists.
  • Coordinating equipment design reviews and approvals.
  • Assisting customers with technical requests and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Supporting sales engineers in sourcing and proposal development of solutions.
  • Assisting with "Walk The Line" initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Programming and debugging of DC Electric tool software suites.
  • Training clients on new technologies from our suppliers.
  • Assisting onsite coordinators.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Friendly, positive, and resilient attitude.
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and willingness to assist the team.
  • Ability to comprehend technical product data and drawings.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent factory experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and communication networks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's Engineering degree.
  • Prior industrial or manufacturing factory experience.
  • Proficiency with PLCs.
  • PMP Certification.

Travel:

Up to 10%.

Reporting To:

Great Plains Regional Manager.
