Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in the physical building of our construction projects. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide physical labor, operate hand and power tools, and assist with various construction tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Run and maintain various construction equipment, including pumps, compressors, generators, and other equipment.
  • Load and unload trucks, delivering materials to site storage areas or other designated locations.
  • Keep building and assigned areas clean and organized to maintain safe and productive work environments.
  • Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) preferred.
  • 1 year of experience as a Labor/Helper in the carpentry or construction field preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • General knowledge of construction means, methods, materials, and equipment necessary to assist carpenters, foremen, and project managers.
