About the Role:

  • Perform general mechanic repairs and replacements, including appliance, HVAC unit, plumbing, and carpentry work.
  • Complete general labor tasks and other duties as assigned.
  • Utilize your own tools to complete all necessary repairs.
  • Handle designated work orders and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly shop.
  • Know when to escalate maintenance issues to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, with apartment or building maintenance experience preferred.
  • HVAC service technician experience and certification required.
  • Display proficiency in performing day-to-day tasks, preventative maintenance, and work orders.
  • Be team-oriented, dependable, resourceful, flexible, and results-driven.
  • Be well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
