About the Role:

The Venous Access Registered Nurse provides self-directed, effective nursing care to groups of patients, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care. As a seasoned professional, you will possess strong critical thinking skills, ability to work autonomously, and excellent communication skills. Your expertise in vascular access management will be invaluable in promoting optimal patient outcomes and enhancing the overall quality of care provided at our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide total vascular access care to all age groups
* Utilize the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating) to achieve departmental goals
* Communicate effectively with Department Supervisor, Clinical Specialist, or Educator as needed to enhance excellence in patient care delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must have a current RN license in the state of Florida, validated Vascular Access Specialist certification, and demonstrated proficiency in providing evidence-based care.
