About the Role

This is a technically oriented service professional position that requires strong knowledge of PET/CT diagnostic imaging equipment, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. As a key member of our service delivery and customer management process, you will be responsible for servicing customers' PET/CT equipment, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor service delivery processes in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain customer service requests and internal records within our platform.
  • Coordinate repair parts cycle times with OEMs, including diagnosing and documenting major parts and sub-components.
  • Utilize escalation processes to resolve customer service delivery issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with national and local teams to provide efficient service delivery to all customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities and participate in sales initiatives such as contract renewals.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment and perform first-call repairs and functional system inspections.
Requirements
  • Previous experience with Siemens PET/CT equipment and other OEM PET/CTs is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and technical communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of computer, mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic-based PET/CT equipment in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interface with internal teams and external customers.
