About the Role

This 7-month co-op position begins with a full-time commitment through early-December, providing ample time to explore various construction techniques and project types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers and geotechnical engineers with geotechnical projects, including conducting vibration monitoring during and prior to construction projects.
  • Perform field-related reconnaissance and geophysical testing of subsurface conditions, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Evaluate soils and construction materials, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Prepare written technical reports, presenting findings to project team members in a clear and concise manner.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are also essential for success in this role.

Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and level of experience. This compensation package reflects the value we place on our employees' skills and contributions to our organization.
