Exam Proctoring Specialist

The Assessment Technician will play a critical role in supporting the academic success of our students by administering and proctoring exams and assessments in a fair and secure manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and proctor a variety of computerized, paper-based, video, and audio exams and assessments for students and the community
* Assist faculty members by providing and administering make-up quizzes, exams, and finals
* Maintain accurate records of student application data and assessment scores, using Colleague to enter and interpret score reports
* Develop and maintain databases, such as semester reports and make-up test data
* Collaborate with the Assessment Services Supervisor to recommend supplies and ensure effective operations of the Assessment Center
Requirements and Qualifications
* Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or at least six months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate effectively with faculty members, staff, and students
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation and Benefits Package
* Salary: $52,500 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
