Job Title: Dispensary Associate

At Trulieve, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients, guiding them through their cannabis journey, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients, addressing their questions and concerns about our products and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including their benefits, potential side effects, and usage guidelines.
  • Facilitate patient purchases, ensuring compliance with state regulations and providing a personalized experience.
  • Collaborate with management and colleagues to maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace, ensuring a positive and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Assist with returns, exchanges, and other customer-related issues, following company policies and procedures.
  • Document customer interactions and concerns, utilizing our customer relationship management system.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years (or 18 years in CT, PA, and WV).
  • Prior cash handling experience and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and age groups.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive customer information.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for Delivery Associate role).
